Installation Meeting 08.09.22
On 8 September 2022, The Lodge was honoured to receive a visit from the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, W. Bro. Martyn Summers. The purpose of the meeting was to see W. Bro. Alan Wondzinski proclaimed as Worshipful Commander of Erdemont Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners.
It was pleasing for the Lodge to see a Founder continuing in the Chair. The Lodge offers its congratulations to W.Bro. Alan and wishes him well for a successful year.
As ever, a photograph was taken for Lodge archives.
Although everyone is smiling, this was a moment of great sadness as the news had just reached us that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II had passed away. We opened the meeting knowing that the Royal Family was gathering at Balmoral but, of course, we were all hoping for good news.
As we all mourn the loss of our wonderful Queen, we all stand firmly behind her successor, King Charles III.
